Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations

You may cancel any service within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing us at billing@bluewingsolution.com.

Refunds

Refunds are only provided in the following situations:

  • Duplicate payment
  • Non-delivery of service (after confirmation)
  • Service cancelled within the eligible window

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. No refunds will be issued once work has commenced or digital products have been delivered.
